Location: Must be based in Toronto, Canada, with a requirement to work on-site 3 days per week once the office is established in early 2026.

Salary: $85,000–$105,000 CAD annually plus 10% annual bonus.

What you will do

• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Professional Services to structure and close key deals.
• Navigate cross-functional workflows to resolve deal-related bottlenecks.
• Standardize and automate sales operations processes to improve efficiency.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to track performance.
• Manage deal documentation and workflows within Salesforce CPQ.

Requirements

• Must reside within commuting distance of Toronto, Canada.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Economics, or Legal Studies.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Operations, RevOps, FP&A, or Contracts Administration.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex cases.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce CPQ.
• Proficiency in Power BI, advanced Excel, and SaaS metrics like ARR.
• Understanding of end-to-end deal flow, including pricing and contract terms.
• Degree in a technical or analytical field such as Data Analytics or Information Systems.
