What you will do

• Support global Sales Operations initiatives across Sales, Orders, Finance, and Salesforce teams.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies for strategic cross-functional projects.
• Partner with global stakeholders to drive process alignment and tool adoption.
• Develop communication, rollout plans, and training materials for new policies and tools.
• Coordinate UAT, including test planning, issue tracking, and process validation.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, documentation, and business impact analysis.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Project Management.
• Strong understanding of sales processes including forecasting, pipeline management, and compensation.
• Proven experience supporting cross-functional or global initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and process governance.
• Strong proficiency with AI tools like ChatGPT to improve documentation and analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to prepare materials for senior leadership.

• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
