What you will do

• Diagnose operational friction points and translate them into structured, quantified problem statements.
• Design and ship EHR-enabled solutions including smart forms, clinical alerts, and decision support tools.
• Evaluate and integrate external vendors, AI tools, and automation platforms to extend clinical capabilities.
• Scope, prioritize, and roll out cross-functional programs from initial concept to full-scale adoption.
• Define success metrics and build reporting to track leading indicators of initiative impact.
• Drive change management across clinical and operational teams to ensure high solution adoption.

Requirements

• 4 to 6+ years of experience in operations, strategic programs, or product management at a scaling company.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Deep experience with EHR systems such as eCW, Epic, Athena, Healthie, Canvas, or API-first EMRs.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, spreadsheets, and BI tools.
• Experience with low-code automation platforms like n8n, Zapier, or Workato.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives end-to-end with a builder mindset.

• Experience in behavioral health, digital health, or multi-specialty outpatient settings.
• Background in evaluating or implementing AI-driven clinical tools.
