TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (AI/Medtech): Owning the Smart Room platform to scale clinical and patient workflow across the inpatient experience with an accent on precision care AI, hardware/software integration, and vendor management. Focus on building 0-1 products, defining product direction in ambiguity, and delivering commercial outcomes.

Location: Hybrid based out of HQ in Bethesda, MD

Salary: $150,000–$175,000 base plus bonus

What you will do

  • Own the Smart Room platform strategy, roadmap, and product direction across software, AI capabilities, and hardware technology partnerships.
  • Manage vendor selection, platform scope decisions, and evaluate build vs. buy tradeoffs.
  • Drive financial outcomes, including revenue targets, pricing inputs, and value realization.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and AI teams to translate strategy into shipped outcomes.
  • Conduct continuous user research and customer conversations to inform product decisions.
  • Align with executive leadership on long-term differentiation and investment priorities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience with increasing scope and ownership.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid from Bethesda, MD.
  • Strong preference for experience in inpatient nursing workflow, patient engagement, or virtual care platforms.
  • Proven track record of building 0-1 products.
  • Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with AI-enabled products, platforms, or hardware partnerships.
