What you will do

• Ensure no non-conforming units leave the factory or reach customers.
• Manage customer requests, feedback, and complaints related to assigned production areas.
• Prevent quality non-conformities during process changes.

• Utilize data tools and resources to drive quality improvements and problem-solving.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Strong proficiency in FMEA, SPC, process characterization, and risk-based thinking.
• Experience in process or quality engineering, change management, and customer complaint handling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and analytical platforms like JMP, Minitab, or Power BI.
