What you will do

• Provide strategic direction on complex construction casualty claims, including coverage analysis and resolution strategies.
• Lead, develop, and mentor a team of claims managers and examiners to foster a high-performance culture.
• Approve reserves and settlements beyond delegated authority and recommend material reserve changes.
• Partner cross-functionally with Underwriting, Product, and Actuarial teams to influence risk outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal quality performance objectives.
• Travel up to 25% to support team engagement and industry presence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Active claims adjuster license (or ability to obtain) required.
• 10+ years of construction casualty claims experience.
• US Work Authorization required (no visa sponsorship).
• Proven leadership experience managing managers or complex claims teams.
• Expertise in handling large-loss, high-severity claims.
