What you will do

• Own the end-to-end insurance program, assessing risk profiles and implementing coverage across various markets.
• Partner with senior leadership on risk strategy, including alternative risk transfer and financial planning.
• Manage brokerage and carrier relationships, including renewals and term negotiations.
• Establish systems and teams for efficient claims and litigation management, from reporting to reserves.
• Collaborate with Legal and Finance teams to identify and reduce overall loss exposure.
• Develop internal infrastructure, dashboards, and analytics to monitor loss ratios and program performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience building and running an insurance program with significant operational exposure, ideally across multiple jurisdictions.
• 10+ years of experience in risk management, insurance, or a closely adjacent function.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and scale functions within a rapidly growing company.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset to evaluate risks and drive cost-reducing decisions.
• Operational proficiency in translating high-level strategy into processes, headcount, and tooling.
