What you will do

• Develop and deepen broker relationships across the West Coast region to drive production.

• Maintain high standards of customer service for internal and external partners.
• Identify business needs and consistently meet or exceed quote output targets.
• Travel regionally up to 25% for industry events and broker visits.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in professional E&O coverage.
• Strong understanding of sales principles, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of delivering meaningful underwriting profit.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work from the Los Angeles office two days per week.
