What you will do

• Collaborate with Client Services teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within scope.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution.
• Track and analyze project budgets, reporting on risks, overflows, and potential deficits.
• Monitor project scope and schedule, suggesting improvements and mitigation strategies.
• Escalate project issues to management and key internal stakeholders as necessary.
• Maintain project pipelines and create comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in a Project Manager or Engagement Manager role, ideally within enterprise software.
• Degree educated.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-facing focus.
• Ability to work effectively within large, diverse virtual teams.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools.
