What you will do

• Deliver high-quality preventative and emergency maintenance on hirify.global Datacard equipment.
• Diagnose, test, and resolve complex electromechanical equipment issues autonomously.
• Utilize Oracle or equivalent ERP platforms for inventory management and service activity reporting.
• Interact professionally with customer operations staff to resolve issues independently.
• Adapt to diverse customer cultures and behavioral standards while maintaining company values.
• Participate in ongoing training and assist less experienced personnel with difficult repairs.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Electronics or equivalent verifiable training.
• Minimum of 2 years of electromechanical technician experience.
• Proficiency in PC operation, current operating systems, and relevant software.
• Ability to work flexible hours/shifts and travel when required.
• Physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
