What you will do

• Perform on-site servicing, installation, and repair of complex electromechanical equipment.
• Diagnose failures in mechanical, hardware, software, and systems to minimize downtime.
• Manage parts inventory, coordinate shipments, and oversee tools and test equipment.
• Provide on-site training and development for less experienced field service technicians.
• Prepare reports to analyze product failure trends and serviceability issues.
• Act as a key communication link between technical support, management, and customers.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years in a field service environment.
• Proficiency in electromechanical troubleshooting and understanding of electronic principles.
• Working knowledge of computer systems, PCs, and networking.
• High school diploma or GED (Associate degree or trade school certificate preferred).
• Must be based in Las Vegas, NV, US.
• Willingness to obtain Gaming Licenses in required jurisdictions.

• Experience with solenoids, belts, rollers, bearings, pneumatics, and guides.
