What you will do

  • Execute the annual business plan for Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) pathways.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships within NHS spinal units.
  • Drive sales objectives and manage territory pipeline for Continence Care products.
  • Provide competitor feedback and market insights to the National Sales Manager.
  • Ensure accurate sales administration and reporting via Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with the Spinal Team to share insights and achieve regional targets.

Requirements

  • Must hold a valid UK Driving Licence.
  • Must be based in North / North East England.
  • 2-5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize activities under pressure.
  • Knowledge of the medical device industry and NHS environment is highly desirable.

Nice to have

  • Experience or specific knowledge of spinal care therapy areas.
  • Degree or equivalent academic achievement.
