Location: Remote (United States)
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 / Year + Bonus + Equity

What you will do
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, acting as their advocate and managing daily needs.
- Monitor client engagement and platform usage to drive adoption, satisfaction, and account growth.
- Manage and resolve client tickets promptly while building client events on the platform.
- Coordinate with Technical Solutions Managers to deliver feature demos and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Partner with the Client Onboarding Lead to ensure effective client setup and long-term success.
- Maintain organized client records in Notion and HubSpot to optimize success workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years in client success, account management, or similar roles within ticketing, festivals, venues, or SaaS.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time and work on weekends as needed.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in HubSpot, Notion, Slack, and Google Apps.
- Experience building and managing events, reporting, and digital marketing within primary ticketing platforms.
