What you will do
- Review and post job adverts across job boards, and process applications in a timely manner.
- Source and attract candidates using online job boards, professional networking sites, databases, and Boolean search.
- Initiate outreach, build relationships, and provide candidates with relevant job information.
- Screen candidates via initial phone or video interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/recruitment tools and optimize sourcing using agreed metrics and service levels.
- Support recruiters with ad hoc sourcing-related administrative tasks and coordinate feedback to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent administration.
- Required: completion of Sourcing Foundation training within the first 90 days.
- Required: familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Required: proficiency with sourcing methods (including basic Boolean search) and strong interpersonal/communication skills.
- Required: effective time management and organizational skills to manage multiple candidate pipelines.
- Required: attention to detail for accurate candidate data and professional conduct when representing the employer.
