What you will do

• Own end-to-end configuration, optimization, and operational support for Workday modules (HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, Recruiting).
• Lead Workday enhancement initiatives and large-scale cross-functional projects to improve system accuracy and auditability.
• Drive the implementation and adoption of ServiceNow HR Service Management and Employee Center, including AI-driven features.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and IT leadership to gather requirements and design scalable system solutions.
• Manage bi-annual Workday releases, conducting impact analysis and coordinating testing.
• Contribute to HR technology roadmaps and provide mentoring to team members.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on HRIS experience configuring Workday HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, and Recruiting.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow UX capabilities and familiarity with AI-enabled automation tools.
• Deep knowledge of Workday business process frameworks, data flows, and global compliance.
• Must be willing to work in a hybrid or remote environment in Mexico.
• Willingness to travel up to 5% domestically and internationally.
• Ability to successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of additional Workday systems such as Payroll and Talent Management.
• High proficiency in conducting research and data analysis to propose quality technical solutions.
