What you will do

• Provide administrative and analytical support to the asset management team.
• Review budgets and update forecasts for portfolio assets.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for planning, trending, and variance analysis.
• Assist in the review of annual asset-level strategic plans, including hold/sell analysis.
• Partner with internal departments to maintain accurate performance data and lead reporting presentations.
• Automate routine tasks using AI software.

Requirements

• University degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 2 years of experience in real estate asset management or accounting.
• Strong analytical skills with a generalist mindset and high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
