What you will do

• Coordinate budgeting and planning activities with division leadership.
• Analyze budget performance, spending trends, and key business drivers.
• Prepare financial reports, variance analyses, and presentations for leadership.
• Develop cost-benefit analyses and financial models to support business decisions.
• Review monthly accruals, expense analyses, and financial forecasts.
• Monitor departmental budgets and ensure compliance with contracts and invoices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate proficiency with Excel and financial systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with business partners.
• Must be able to work on-site in Plano, TX 2-3 days per week.
