What you will do

• Manage accounting close deliverables and invoice processing for corporate finance facilities.
• Administer corporate debt facilities, including handling conditions precedent for loan draws and repayments.
• Support the modeling of portfolio-wide project financing facilities.
• Ensure ongoing compliance of corporate facilities through coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the execution of corporate-level financings in collaboration with cross-functional finance and project teams.
• Design and implement process improvements and automation leveraging AI and financial systems.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in business, finance, economics, or accounting.
• 3+ years of professional experience in corporate finance, treasury, or banking within the clean energy sector.
• Strong working knowledge of financial and economic theory and financial statements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel for corporate/project-finance modeling.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
