Location: Must be based in New York/New Jersey or able to work on a hybrid schedule from the Charlotte office.

Salary: $155,000 - $185,000

What you will do

• Drive strategic sales and territory management across a book of business composed of Wirehouse-affiliated Financial Advisors.
• Generate new advisor relationships while deepening existing partnerships to maximize Net New Assets and market share.
• Partner with advisors to streamline their practices and support their transition toward fee-based advisory models.
• Deliver high-impact presentations on investment philosophy at complex-level meetings and regional conferences.
• Act as a thought leader, coordinating with internal product specialists to support complex advisor needs.
• Own territory P&L by increasing revenue and AUM through the strategic placement of investment solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York/New Jersey or able to work from the Charlotte office.
• Not eligible for Immigration Sponsorship.
• Must obtain SIE, Series 7, and Series 63/66 licenses (SIE and Series 7 required within 12 weeks of hire).
• Extensive track record in Financial Services, specifically within External Wholesaling or Sales.
• Proven network and established Wirehouse relationships within the New York/New Jersey metro area.
• Exceptional ability to translate complex capital markets theory into clear, persuasive narratives.

Nice to have

• MBA, CFA, or CIMA designation.
• Existing rolodex of high-production, fee-based Financial Advisors.
