Salary: $106,873–$156,747 per year (base pay)

What you will do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with partners and prospects within the financial services and payments industry.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes, including account planning, forecasting, and contract negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, channel alliances, and internal subject matter experts.
- Coordinate team selling efforts, collaborating with account managers and technical resources to close enterprise deals.
- Participate in co-marketing initiatives, conferences, and events to expand market presence.
- Act as an escalation point for complex issues and drive continuous process improvements.
Requirements
- Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization.
- 5+ years of experience in business-to-business or enterprise sales.
- Proven track record of providing platform or custom solutions to the financial services or payment industry.
- Expertise in consultative selling, bid management, and solutions delivery.
- Strong interpersonal skills for managing high-level relationships with customers and partners.
- Bachelor’s degree.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in the Payment Card Issuance industry.
- Experience in the Banking and Payments industry.
- Background in business consulting.
