• Assist Product Management and Engineering in defining work (stories and tasks).
• Own outcomes end-to-end: design, development, and testing; support DevOps pipeline work when needed.
• Contribute to quality systems/frameworks with a strong quality-first mindset.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure clean, well-tested, high-performance delivery.
• Help improve team environment through servant leadership and mentoring.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of React and Python design and development experience.
• Experience with API and/or SDK development (preferred).
• Knowledge of object-oriented and functional design patterns.
• Experience using Git and Git-based pipelines.
• Experience mentoring and developing others.
• Strong critical thinking, decision-making, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
