What you will do

• Analyze data trends and seasonality to identify operational issues and best practices.
• Develop and maintain scorecards and dashboards for KPI tracking to support leadership decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather accurate data for business models.
• Provide ongoing analytics and reporting to assist in day-to-day business operations.
• Identify opportunities for business model improvement and efficiency gains.
• Resolve data integrity issues and provide technical support for analytics development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• English proficiency: C1 level or higher (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical and logical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Must be based in Belgrade, Serbia.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with SAP Business Objects.
