Business Analyst (iGaming)

What you will do

• Elicit and verify business requirements and support their implementation and deployment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Design object models, states, and transitions in close collaboration with the development team.
• Create and maintain core project artifacts, including Vision & Scope and Software Requirements Specifications (SRS).
• Perform gap analysis to identify process improvements and provide strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to ensure implemented features meet business objectives and KPIs.
• Support stakeholders in understanding technical constraints and proposing alternative viable solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Proficiency in producing SRS and Vision & Scope documents, and using UML, BPMN, and Data Flow diagrams.
• Fluent in Russian and English (minimum B2+ level) for effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Strong understanding of UX principles and experience creating UI mockups and prototypes.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Belgrade, Serbia.

Nice to have

• Experience in the iGaming industry.
• Understanding of microservice architecture and API specifications.
• Hands-on experience with SQL or data analysis tools for querying and validating data.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and their role in microservice ecosystems.
