What you will do

• Elicit, verify, manage, and support the implementation and deployment of business requirements.
• Design object models, states, and transitions in collaboration with developers.
• Create project artefacts, including Vision and Scope documents, SRS, and use cases.
• Review development progress with developers and stakeholders to ensure alignment with initial concepts.
• Conduct gap analysis, recommend process improvements, and support change throughout the project lifecycle.
• Help stakeholders understand technical constraints and propose alternative solutions while ensuring features meet business objectives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, including Vision and Scope documents and SRS.
• Knowledge of UML, BPMN, and data flow diagrams; experience creating UI mockups and prototypes.
• Understanding of UX principles, agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban, and agile team practices.
• Experience with Atlassian products, including Confluence and Jira.
• Fluent Russian and B2+ English, written and verbal, required for communicating with English-speaking clients.

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming.
• Understanding of microservice architecture, cloud platforms, and API specifications.
• Experience with data analysis tools or SQL for querying and validating data.
