TL;DR

Strategic Analytics and Insights Business Partner (Consumer Insights/Advanced Analytics): Selling Consumer Insights, Analytics and Innovation services to new and existing clients with an accent on needs assessment, solution scoping, and integrated proactive analysis. Focus on building client satisfaction through consultative support, managing pipeline and forecasting, and delivering sales plans and budgets for the respective market.

Salary: RSD 2,335,500 - RSD 3,086,377 yearly

What you will do

  • Independently sell Consumer Insights, Analytics and Innovation services by assessing client needs and proposing solutions to achieve sales targets.
  • Drive business development to meet team objectives (financial and commercial) and proactively identify new market opportunities.
  • Partner with local Account Development to run joint business planning and align on client priorities.
  • Scope projects to meet SA&I sales targets and ensure feasibility with Solution experts, Customer Success, and Operations.
  • Provide on-site/off-site client consultancy, address concerns, and secure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage pipeline, contribute weekly inputs for sales forecasting, and support sales plans and budgets for the market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in statistics, social sciences, business management, or a related field.
  • Preferably 4 years of experience in market research, sales, new business development, or a related area.
  • Native Serbian and strong client service skills, with ability to communicate and write effectively in English.
  • Previous experience in client servicing and excellent analytical and consultative skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication, ability to prioritize multiple demands, and keen attention to detail.
  • Collaborative team player with strong problem-solving skills and integrity.
