What you will do

• Optimize Support Chat Bot performance to improve resolution rates and response relevance.
• Develop QA and coverage processes to identify and fix gaps in bot responses.
• Translate product ideas from stakeholders into detailed technical specifications and actionable tasks.
• Manage the full task lifecycle, coordinating between Engineering, Design, and Operations teams.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and Learning Experience teams to align product goals.
• Use data and research to evaluate feature performance and drive iterative improvements.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience as a Business or System Analyst in product, fintech, or operational environments.
• Proven ability to gather, analyze, and align business requirements into clear specifications.
• Basic technical proficiency: SQL for queries, log analysis, and tools like Postman.
• English: B2+ (Fluent) required.
• Strong ownership mindset and experience working with cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Spanish.
• Experience with LLM (Large Language Model) projects.
• Knowledge of A/B testing and product quality metrics.
