What you will do

• Design and improve onboarding and servicing processes for business current accounts for sole proprietors
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into specifications, user stories, and development tasks
• Coordinate with Product Managers, Engineering, Design, QA, Compliance, Legal, and Marketing teams
• Support delivery from discovery through release and participate in prioritization and planning
• Continuously improve customer journeys, conversion, and process efficiency

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements
• Experience describing and optimizing business processes
• Experience working closely with Engineering, Design, and QA teams
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and contexts simultaneously
• English: B2 or higher for effective communication with an international team

Nice to have

• Experience with business banking products, current accounts, or payments
• Experience in onboarding, acquisition, servicing, or customer journey design
• Experience collaborating with Compliance or Legal teams
• Experience building or scaling processes from scratch
• Experience in fintech, banking, or financial services
