TL;DR

Business Development Representative (B2B Sales): Building and qualifying the sales pipeline for natural products events with an accent on lead generation and cold outreach. Location: Hybrid in Boulder, CO, USA (minimum 3 days per week in office)

Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 + commission

What you will do

  • Perform cold calls and email campaigns to generate and qualify leads for the sales pipeline.
  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing, website inquiries, and trade shows.
  • Research company profiles and decision-makers to create targeted prospect lists.
  • Schedule discovery meetings and transition qualified leads to sales representatives.
  • Maintain accurate lead data and track performance metrics using Salesforce CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing to improve lead generation campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent working experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or business development preferred.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Boulder, CO office (Hybrid).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
  • Strong professional phone presence and written communication skills.
  • Resilience in facing rejection and a results-driven mindset.
