What you will do

  • Develop and implement key account strategies for major customer groups, including pricing and targeted initiatives.
  • Lead and coach the Wholesale/Showroom team to ensure high performance and professional development.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers through regular visits and effective communication.
  • Achieve sales and profit targets by managing distributors and identifying market opportunities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and provide market insights to internal departments.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns and sales promotions to drive brand presence.

Requirements

  • University Degree in economics, business, or marketing.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or key account management in relevant industries.
  • Fluent in Polish and English (C1+).
  • Category B driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Strong negotiation, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
