What you will do
- Optimize CRM operations, including pipeline structure, lead lifecycles, and inbound workflows.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 5+ sales representatives to achieve and exceed targets.
- Manage high-volume inbound lead flow, ensuring fast response times and efficient distribution.
- Establish and maintain call quality and communication standards for US-based clients.
- Drive performance through data analytics, focusing on conversion rates, close rates, and revenue per rep.
- Proactively identify and solve operational problems to improve overall sales efficiency.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of relevant sales experience with a strong background in revenue growth.
- At least 3 years of experience leading and developing sales teams.
- Hands-on proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar) for operational use and reporting.
- Experience managing inbound sales in a B2C or high-volume environment.
- Fluent English (required for working with US-based clients).
- Must be based in Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Serbia, or Romania.
