• Lead the commercial function for the Central Eastern European region to identify and respond to customer requirements.
• Maintain and grow Key Account opportunities to support profitability and strengthen the McDonald’s relationship.
• Analyze business potential across the region to identify and deliver high-value opportunities.
• Manage the timely launch of new and promotional products in coordination with the NPD manager.
• Collaborate with Customer Support and provide assistance to McDonald’s restaurants and franchisees.

Требования

• University degree in business or sales.
• Proficiency in Polish and English (C1 level).
• Sound experience in the food industry, preferably in meat processing or beef/chicken sectors.
• Proven sales experience, ideally in QSR or retail business in Europe.
• Understanding of Quality Systems, HACCP, and equipment capabilities.
• Valid driving license for national and international travel.
