What you will do

• Design and implement standardized methodologies, processes, and toolchains for safety engineering.
• Develop automation solutions using scripting and APIs to improve productivity and reduce manual effort.
• Ensure interoperability and integration between various engineering tools and platforms.
• Leverage AI-based approaches to enhance efficiency and data usage.
• Build automated reports and dashboards for status tracking and project transparency.
• Support teams in adopting improved workflows and tools as a technical enabler.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in the semiconductor or high-tech industry.
• Strong expertise in tooling, automation, and engineering workflows.
• Proven experience in scripting and software development using Python or Java.
• Experience with engineering tools such as Jira, Git, and requirements management systems.
• Ability to operate as both a hands-on developer and an architect defining best practices.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on efficiency and scalability.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tools or automation platforms like Copilot, Power BI, or Power Automate.
• Background in functional safety environments.
