What you will do

• Perform lab validation measurements on SiC diodes and MOSFETs at package and wafer levels.
• Define test strategies, limits, and parameter setups based on device specifications.
• Coordinate test parameters between development, application, quality, and characterization teams.
• Conduct parameter extractions for device simulation models.
• Ensure operational reliability of lab equipment through Gage R&R.
• Develop and maintain lab automation tools and investigate competitor technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Practical experience in a lab environment, preferably with voltages above 650V.
• Fluent German and English skills (written and spoken) are required.
• Strong organizational skills and a high quality mindset.
• Ability to take ownership and initiative in a cross-functional team.
