What you will do

• Drive design wins and socket adoption by providing high-impact technical engagement throughout the customer design cycle.
• Lead proof-of-concept activities, solution design, and technical demonstrations to secure customer evaluations.
• Act as the technical project lead for design-in campaigns, ensuring structured information flow between customers and internal business groups.
• Analyze customer system architectures and requirements to position hirify.global products effectively against competitors.
• Synthesize customer feedback and application trends to influence product definition and roadmap evolution.
• Support regional sales organizations by educating teams on new technologies and application use cases.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in design engineering and application engineering.
• German and English: C1 proficiency required.
• Experience within the Automotive segment is preferred.
• Willingness to travel >50% of the time.
• Strong communication, presentation, and entrepreneurial skills.
