What you will do

• Develop test strategies and concepts for discrete MOSFET products.
• Define and document comprehensive test specifications.
• Analyze and evaluate characterization and production data to drive improvements.
• Modify and enhance existing test routines for MOSFET components.
• Define and evaluate new test solutions in collaboration with internal and external test centers.
• Provide occasional consulting support for testing and datasheet-related inquiries.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in physics or electrical engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in microelectronics or semiconductors.
• Experience with evaluating new test solutions and qualification processes.
• Proficiency in statistical test data analysis.
• Business fluent in English.
• Hands-on experience with measurement and characterization.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of device physics for discrete power MOSFETs.
• Programming skills in Python or VBA.
• Basic knowledge of PCB design and electronic circuits.
• Experience with SPICE modeling.
