What you will do

• Manage the functionality and performance of final Silicon Carbide products.
• Collaborate with simulation, layout, and manufacturing teams to drive development.
• Implement new technology concepts into the manufacturing environment.
• Oversee process integration across the full manufacturing route.
• Define test structures for technology characterization.
• Coordinate with internal and external development and production partners.

Requirements

• PhD or Master’s Degree in Semiconductor Device Physics, Technology, or Microelectronics.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in power semiconductor technology, preferably with SiC.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Conversational German is desirable.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
