Senior Development Engineer (Silicon Carbide)

hirify.global develops and manufactures semiconductor products, including Silicon Carbide power semiconductor technologies.

What you will do

• Develop Silicon Carbide products and take responsibility for final-product functionality and performance.
• Collaborate with simulation, layout, manufacturing, development, and production partners.
• Develop and implement new technology concepts for manufacturing.
• Ensure process integration across the full manufacturing route.
• Support the definition of test structures for technology characterization.

Requirements

• PhD or Master’s degree in semiconductor device physics or technology, microelectronics, or an equivalent field.
• At least 3 years of demonstrated experience in power semiconductor technology, preferably Silicon Carbide, in an industrial environment.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, teamwork, and a results-oriented approach.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
