What you will do

• Define and execute work plans to achieve required product reliability levels.
• Manage, mentor, and recruit team members within the GaN R&D department.
• Influence GaN technology development activities from a reliability perspective.
• Conduct product testing and failure analysis related to device reliability.
• Develop capabilities plans for people and equipment to meet technology roadmaps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and influence strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• PhD or equivalent in Experimental Physics, Electronics Engineering, or a similar discipline.
• In-depth knowledge of power semiconductor devices, specifically wide band gap GaN HEMTs.
• Proven track record in an engineering or technology management role.
• Strong data analysis skills using tools like JMP, MATLAB, or Minitab.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels.
