Location: Must be based in New York City (Hybrid, 3 days in office, Tue-Thu)

Salary: $131,000 - $260,000

What you will do

• Lead and grow a team of data and software engineers focused on social integration products.
• Oversee end-to-end integrations with major social platforms and ensure system scalability.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and define processes for engineering growth and execution.
• Provide technical guidance through design reviews, brainstorming, and pair programming.
• Collaborate with executive-level management and business stakeholders on strategic initiatives.
• Operate production environments, investigate issues, and optimize SDLC processes including CI/CD.

Requirements

• 9+ years of programming experience, specifically with Python.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with big data systems (BigQuery, Airflow) and data pipelines at scale.
• 3+ years of experience in leadership roles.
• Experience with DevOps practices, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of distributed system technologies and standards.
• Must be able to work in the New York City office 3 days per week (Tue-Thu).

Nice to have

• 1+ years of experience in Online Advertising technology.
• Expertise in dbt and BigQuery.
