What you will do
- Own end-to-end bookings forecasting processes and partner with Sales leadership to ensure accuracy.
- Lead quota allocation modeling, capacity planning, and scenario analysis for annual planning.
- Maintain data integrity across CRM, CPQ, and Finance systems through rigorous validation processes.
- Develop clear dashboards and reports in Excel and Amazon Quicksight to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with technical teams to manage data sources and ensure version control using Git.
- Present executive-ready summaries of forecast performance and sales outcomes to leadership.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Extensive experience in sales operations, revenue analytics, or business strategy.
- Fluency in Python and/or SQL.
- Advanced Excel skills for complex modeling and scenario analysis.
- Experience with Salesforce and data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with Git for managing scripts and model revisions.
Nice to have
- Experience in a SaaS environment.
- Familiarity with AI-driven forecasting tools or automation workflows.
- Experience presenting to executive teams or investors.
- Experience with Amazon Quicksight.
