What you will do

• Act as the primary analytics partner for the Partnerships leadership team to drive strategic decisions on agent acquisition and pricing.
• Optimize the agent-facing platform experience by defining and tracking precision usability metrics.
• Design diagnostic models to analyze and mitigate backend financial exposure and operational risk.
• Identify critical growth levers and the "aha moment" in the agent journey to improve platform retention and revenue.
• Manage conversion funnels for emerging annuities business lines using Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) frameworks.
• Build and integrate generative AI tools to automate analytics processes and provide mentorship to junior resources.

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience in product analytics, BI, or data science at high-growth tech startups or established firms.
• Expert knowledge of SQL (non-negotiable).
• Must be based in the US.
• Proven fluency in leveraging modern LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude) to streamline and automate analytics workflows.
• Strong foundational knowledge of statistics and predictive data modeling.
• Advanced degree in a quantitative domain (Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Math).

Nice to have

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or R.
• Experience with advanced visualization tools like Hex, Tableau, or Mode.
