What you will do
- Review and advise on complex or non-standard deal structures to ensure alignment with pricing and compliance.
- Manage deal escalations by coordinating with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product teams.
- Analyze deal data, pricing trends, and margin performance to provide actionable insights for leadership.
- Build and maintain Deals Desk playbooks, operating procedures, and governance frameworks.
- Drive adoption of new deal management processes and tools through stakeholder training.
- Act as the central liaison between transformation teams and end users to improve user experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Deals Desk role.
- Thorough understanding of the full Quote-to-Cash lifecycle.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience with SFDC is an advantage.
- Ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Finance, and Product organizations.
