What you will do

• Review and advise on complex or non-standard deal structures to ensure alignment with pricing and compliance.
• Manage deal escalations by coordinating with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product teams.
• Analyze deal data, pricing trends, and margin performance to provide actionable insights for leadership.
• Build and maintain Deals Desk playbooks, operating procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Drive adoption of new deal management processes and tools through stakeholder training.
• Act as the central liaison between transformation teams and end users to improve user experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Deals Desk role.
• Thorough understanding of the full Quote-to-Cash lifecycle.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience with SFDC is an advantage.
• Ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Finance, and Product organizations.
