What you will do
- Own end-to-end sales reporting frameworks, dashboards, and scorecards for reps, managers, and executive leadership.
- Define and govern core KPI frameworks to track seller attainment, productivity, and performance trends.
- Develop pipeline health analytics focusing on creation, coverage, progression, and funnel conversion rates.
- Translate data into actionable business insights regarding win rates, revenue quality, and renewal performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, Finance, and Data teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US (Remote or Hybrid).
- 8+ years of experience in Sales Analytics, Sales Operations, or Business Intelligence.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Salesforce (or similar CRM), and Tableau.
- Hands-on experience with SQL or data modeling.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, or a related field.
