What you will do

• Own end-to-end sales reporting frameworks, dashboards, and scorecards for reps, managers, and executive leadership.
• Define and govern core KPI frameworks to track seller attainment, productivity, and performance trends.
• Develop pipeline health analytics focusing on creation, coverage, progression, and funnel conversion rates.
• Translate data into actionable business insights regarding win rates, revenue quality, and renewal performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, Finance, and Data teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US (Remote or Hybrid).
• 8+ years of experience in Sales Analytics, Sales Operations, or Business Intelligence.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Salesforce (or similar CRM), and Tableau.
• Hands-on experience with SQL or data modeling.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, or a related field.
