What you will do

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to help customers adopt and scale data and AI workloads.
• Guide customers through operational, architectural, and strategic aspects of hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
• Partner with stakeholders to align platform capabilities with business priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Advocate for customer needs internally to influence product improvements and remove adoption barriers.
• Lead strategic engagements including technical roadmap planning, architecture discussions, and executive reviews.
• Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and technical strategy sessions with leadership teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ireland.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5–10 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Technical Account Management, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting.
• Experience supporting enterprise customers with complex environments like cloud platforms, hybrid infrastructure, or distributed data systems.
• Proven ability to translate business goals into technical execution plans.
• Strong communication and leadership skills for engaging with customer executives and engineering teams.

Nice to have

• MBA or Master’s degree in a technical or business-related discipline.
• Experience with data platforms, machine learning, or cloud-native application development.
• Background in supporting workload migrations or modernizations across public cloud environments.
• Experience collaborating with systems integrators or technology ecosystem partners.
