What you will do
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to help customers adopt and scale data and AI workloads.
- Guide customers through operational, architectural, and strategic aspects of hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
- Partner with stakeholders to align platform capabilities with business priorities and measurable outcomes.
- Advocate for customer needs internally to influence product improvements and remove adoption barriers.
- Lead strategic engagements including technical roadmap planning, architecture discussions, and executive reviews.
- Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and technical strategy sessions with leadership teams.
Requirements
- Must be based in Ireland.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5–10 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Technical Account Management, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting.
- Experience supporting enterprise customers with complex environments like cloud platforms, hybrid infrastructure, or distributed data systems.
- Proven ability to translate business goals into technical execution plans.
- Strong communication and leadership skills for engaging with customer executives and engineering teams.
Nice to have
- MBA or Master’s degree in a technical or business-related discipline.
- Experience with data platforms, machine learning, or cloud-native application development.
- Background in supporting workload migrations or modernizations across public cloud environments.
- Experience collaborating with systems integrators or technology ecosystem partners.
