TL;DR

Data & AI Strategy Consultant (Data/AI): Guiding clients through digital transformation by aligning business goals with data and AI capabilities with an accent on strategic consulting and stakeholder management. Focus on building business cases, defining data roadmaps, and fostering a data-driven culture within client organizations.

Location: Must be based in Belgium (Brussels/Flanders area) with flexible, location-independent work options.

What you will do

  • Identify and develop data and AI use cases that deliver measurable business value.
  • Bridge the gap between management, data teams, and analytical stakeholders.
  • Build and execute data strategies and roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.
  • Design scalable data processes and governance frameworks.
  • Promote a data-driven culture and support organizational change management.
  • Manage medium to long-term client engagements in rapidly evolving environments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data and analytics.
  • Demonstrable experience in strategic or management consulting.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a must.
  • High-level understanding of BI, AI, data engineering, and governance best practices.
  • Ability to connect strategy, planning, and execution effectively.

Nice to have

  • Experience leading complex data projects.
  • Expertise in data cataloging tools like Collibra or Precisely.
  • Statistical knowledge and understanding of market trends in AI.
