What you will do

  • Design enterprise Data & AI strategies using Generative AI to drive business growth.
  • Translate complex banking requirements into clear AI solutions that deliver tangible value.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-level leaders regarding AI adoption, regulations, and ROI.
  • Own the strategic vision and roadmap for AI products, ensuring alignment between business and technical teams.
  • Oversee the execution and rollout of AI tools to ensure successful integration within the bank.
  • Develop new AI services and market strategies specifically for the financial sector.

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of experience in management consulting or product leadership, preferably within Data/AI.
  • Deep and evolving knowledge of the Data & GenAI landscape.
  • Proven track record of advising C-level executives and managing senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to transform complex business challenges into clear AI opportunities.
  • Excellent storytelling and high-level presentation skills.
  • English: Fluent proficiency required.

Nice to have

  • Experience working at Big 4 consulting firms or as a strategic advisor in financial services.
  • Hands-on experience with Machine Learning, NLP, or GenAI tools.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Understanding of data governance, AI ethics, and regulatory frameworks.
