TL;DR

Product Manager - Membership & Growth (Fintech): Shape the strategy and own the roadmap for core customer data services powering all Zopa products with an accent on system resilience, scalability, and cross-functional data needs. Focus on partnering with engineering and product teams, improving data quality for cross-sell strategies, and balancing technical upgrades with business outcomes.

Location: Hybrid role requiring 2-3 days a week in London office, option to work abroad up to 120 days a year (subject to right to work in the country).

What you will do

  • Shape strategy, own and prioritise roadmap for core customer data services across Zopa.
  • Work with engineers to improve system resilience and evolve legacy services.
  • Partner with product teams to understand data needs and challenges.
  • Identify scalable, reusable solutions solving multiple problems.
  • Balance technical improvements with business value and outcomes.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives with data, privacy, and product marketing teams.
  • Support priorities like cross-sell by enhancing data quality and accessibility.

Requirements

  • Product management experience owning and delivering roadmaps.
  • Experience with backend services or platforms and understanding system operations.
  • Strong systems thinking for component interactions and scaling.
  • Technically minded with focus on business impact.
  • Proactive, curious, with drive for domain expertise.
  • Comfortable with legacy and modern systems.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and prioritisation.

Nice to have

  • Experience with customer data, privacy, or GDPR.
  • Exposure to cross-sell or growth initiatives.
  • Experience in scaling organisations.
