What you will do

• Own and evolve the roadmap for shared consumer capabilities, including alerts, bureau integrations, and customer servicing tools.
• Align priorities with product roadmaps, regulatory requirements, and business growth objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering and product domains to reduce duplication and improve the reuse of shared capabilities.
• Standardize and simplify the ecosystem to enable faster integration and consistent customer experiences.
• Balance investments between platform health, scalability, and business value to ensure service stability.

Requirements

• Experience managing shared customer or operational capabilities within digital consumer products.
• Background in complex digital environments where reliability, customer trust, and regulatory compliance are critical.
• Strong understanding of how shared capabilities impact MAU, operational efficiency, and business performance.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, Operations, CRM, and Customer Services teams.
• Data-informed approach to prioritizing work using product and operational metrics.
• Must be based in the UK to support the hybrid work model in Nottingham
