What you will do

  • Generate revenue through sales of booths, sponsorships, and integrated packages to new customers.
  • Source and close new business leads via cold calling, networking, and industry events.
  • Develop business development strategies with Event Directors to target new market sectors and regions.
  • Perform market analysis and opportunity assessments for brand and revenue growth.
  • Manage newly acquired customers through their first show cycle to ensure a positive experience.
  • Maintain sales pipeline data and contract information using Salesforce CRM.

Requirements

  • University Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, including at least 1 year in new business development.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and delivering revenue targets.
  • Experience managing relationships with international customers across various regions and cultures.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and proactively handle customer objections.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
