What you will do
- Own the day-to-day operational running of the TA function, including invoicing, purchase orders, and vendor coordination.
- Line manage and deploy a pool of flexible TA experts across various business units based on hiring demand.
- Audit and redesign end-to-end TA processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
- Implement AI tools and automation to streamline repetitive tasks and improve communication workflows.
- Maintain accurate reporting on TA spend, vendor performance, and operational metrics for leadership.
- Act as the primary point of contact for TA technology, ensuring effective configuration and integration of systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience in operations, coordination, or programme management within a TA, HR, or People function.
- Strong background in managing teams, including development and deployment across multiple workstreams.
- Track record of designing and implementing process improvements with a focus on simplicity.
- Experience managing supplier relationships, procurement processes, and invoicing.
- Practical working knowledge of AI tools and their application in improving team efficiency.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with ATS platforms like Workday Recruiting, Greenhouse, or Lever.
- Experience working within a global or matrix-structured organization.
- Exposure to TA analytics, reporting, and dashboard creation.
- Experience in financial services or a regulated environment.
