Location: Must be based in London (Hybrid: 3 days in the office).

What you will do

  • Own the day-to-day operational running of the TA function, including invoicing, purchase orders, and vendor coordination.
  • Line manage and deploy a pool of flexible TA experts across various business units based on hiring demand.
  • Audit and redesign end-to-end TA processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Implement AI tools and automation to streamline repetitive tasks and improve communication workflows.
  • Maintain accurate reporting on TA spend, vendor performance, and operational metrics for leadership.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for TA technology, ensuring effective configuration and integration of systems.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in operations, coordination, or programme management within a TA, HR, or People function.
  • Strong background in managing teams, including development and deployment across multiple workstreams.
  • Track record of designing and implementing process improvements with a focus on simplicity.
  • Experience managing supplier relationships, procurement processes, and invoicing.
  • Practical working knowledge of AI tools and their application in improving team efficiency.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with ATS platforms like Workday Recruiting, Greenhouse, or Lever.
  • Experience working within a global or matrix-structured organization.
  • Exposure to TA analytics, reporting, and dashboard creation.
  • Experience in financial services or a regulated environment.
