What you will do

• Lead the UK and US annual benefits enrolment processes and manage day-to-day global operations.
• Drive global benefits alignment, including exploring global broker partnerships and optimizing management.
• Manage and guide a team of 8 colleagues across the UK and US.
• Serve as the benefits lead for the UK/US Workday implementation project, integrating platforms like AON and Bswift.
• Manage external vendors, brokers, and consultants to ensure cost efficiency and high service delivery.
• Oversee compliance with local, regional, and global laws regarding benefits and pensions.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading an international benefits function, specifically including US-based programmes.
• Experience with Workday system integration and aligning benefits platforms.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution pension schemes.
• Relevant degree or professional qualification (e.g., CIPD) and substantial HR experience.
• Must be based in London and able to work from the office at least three days a week.
