What you will do

• Manage the full employee life-cycle, encompassing onboarding, internal operations, and offboarding.
• Facilitate essential People Operations functions, including benefit administration and visa-related requests.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data within HiBob (HRIS) and Deel (global payroll).
• Continuously improve and automate People processes to enhance overall efficiency and scalability.
• Support policy documentation updates and foster a positive, high-performance workplace culture.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, getting-things-done mindset.
• Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple dynamic priorities.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom or the United States.

Nice to have

• 1-3 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or Administration.
